NIC Recruitment 2020:  Recruitment for Scientific 'B' and Scientific/Technical Assistant 'A' in 495 posts by National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology (NIELIT) on behalf of NIC (National Infomatics Center) under the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology by Govt of India.

NIC Recruitment 2020 - NIC (National Informatics Center) invites online application from the eligible Indain candidates for the post of Scientist 'B' and Scientific/Technical Assistant. Candidtaes with the qualification of B.E/ B.Tech in respective disciplines within the age limit of  30 years(UR) are eligible to apply for this job. Freshers can also apply for the NIC Recruitment 2020.

NIC Recruitment 2020 Examination will be taken for the Post of :-

1. Scientist - 'B'
2. Scientific/Technical Assistant - 'A'

1. Scientist - B

• Vacancies:- 288.                         
• Category wise Vacancy Position:- UR- 119, SC-43, ST-21, OBC(Non Creamy Layer)-77, EWS-28, PWDs-12 (OL,BL,OA,OAL-04, HH-04, Multiple Disabilities from above except deaf blindness-04.)
• Scale of Pay :- Level-10, Rs. 56100- 177500/-.   
• Minimum Educational Knowledge:-       A certificate in Bachelor Degree in Engineering OR Bachelor in Technology OR Department of Electronics and Accreditation of Computer Courses B-level OR Associate Member of Institute of Engineers OR Graduate Institute of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers OR Master Degree in Science (MSc) OR Master Degree in Computer Application OR Master Degree in Engineering /Technology (ME /M.Tech) OR Master Degree in Philosophy (M Phil) in the field as mentioned below:-                                       Field (single or in combination amongst the below only):      Electronics, Electronics and Communication, Computer Sciences, Communication, Computer and Networking Security, Computer Application, Software System, Information Technology, Information Technology Management, Informatics, Computer Management, Cyber law, Electronics and Instrumentation.             
• Age as on 26.03.2020:- UR/EWS-30years, SC/ST-35 Years, OBC(NCL)- 33 years, Ex-Serviceman- As per Govt. of India rules. For Service Candie UR/EWS:35, SC/ST-40, OBC(NCL)- 38s

2.Scientific/Technical Assistant 

• Vacancies:- 207                        

• Category wise Vacancy Position:- UR- 86, SC-31, ST-15, OBC(Non Creamy Layer)-55, EWS-20, PWDs-9 (OL,BL,OA,OAL-03, HH-03, Multiple Disabilities from above except deaf blindness-03)

• Scale of Pay:- Level-05 Rs. 35400- 112400/-.     

• Minimum Educational Knowledge:-A certificate in M.Sc./MS/MCA/B.E./B.Tech in any one or in combination of below mentioned field as mentioned below:-.                                                                              Field (single or in combination amongst the below only):          Electronics, Electronics and Communication, Electronics & telecommunications, Computer Sciences, Computer and Networking Security, Software System, Information Technology, Informatics.                                  

• Age as on 26.03.2020 :- UR/EWS-30years, SC/ST-35 Years, OBC(NCL)- 33 years, Ex-Serviceman- As per Govt. of India rules. For Service Candies: UR/EWS:35; SC/ST:40 ;OBC (NCL) : 38

Important Dates of NIC Recruitment 2020

Due to Corona Virus Pandemic Dates of Online Application has been increased.

• Start Date for Online Registration: 26.02.2020
• Last Date of Online Application: 26.03.2020, 10.04.2020, 01/06/2020 upto 5 pm.

Application Fee of NIC Recruitment 2020

• For UR and Others- 800 (Including Processing Fee)
• SC/ST/Woman/PWD- Nil

**No Application Fee for Woman Candidates in NIC Recruitment 2020.

Selection Process of NIC Recruitment 2020 Recruitmet & Syllabus of NIC Recruitment 2020

Selection will be done through a written examination and interview for Scientist ‘B’ Post in NIC Recruitment 2020.

Only through written examination for Scientific/Technical Assistant - ‘A’ Post in NIC Recruitment 2020.

Written Examination of NIC Recruitment 2020 shall be of 3 hours duration conducted in English medium only.

The written examination shall be Objective type and OMR Based.
