The official GATE 2027 website has also introduced a new Robotics & Automation (RA) test paper and revised the syllabus of the GATE 2027 papers.
GATE 2027 is a national-level examination conducted jointly by the Indian Institute of Science (IISc) and the seven Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) on behalf of the National Coordination Board (NCB), Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Education, Government of India.
For GATE 2027, IIT Madras is the Organizing Institute. The examination will be conducted in 30 test papers through Computer Based Test (CBT) mode.
Candidates who qualify GATE can use their scores for admission to eligible postgraduate and doctoral programmes. GATE scores are also used by several Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) for recruitment, subject to the respective organization's rules.

🎯 GATE 2027 Eligibility Criteria
Candidates studying in the third year or higher of an eligible undergraduate programme, or candidates who have already completed an eligible degree, can appear for GATE 2027 subject to the official eligibility rules.

📚 GATE 2027 Test Papers
GATE 2027 will be conducted for 30 test papers. Candidates can appear for one or up to two papers, but the two-paper choice must follow the combinations permitted by GATE 2027.

💰 GATE 2027 Application Fee
The application fee is charged per test paper. Candidates appearing for two papers have to pay the applicable fee for both papers.
