For 2026–27, students who completed Class 10 and Class 12 as regular students from government schools or colleges in the following regions are eligible to apply for the scholarship:
New for 2026: Andhra Pradesh and Delhi (NCT) have been added to the eligible regions.

The applicant must be a first-year regular student and the course must be her first undergraduate degree or diploma after Class 12.
Documents Required:
The following things are need at the time of Online Application. So, candidates are advised to arrange this things before applying online.
- Passport-size photograph: Recent 2×2 inch colour photograph.
- Aadhaar Card: Clear, coloured copy of both side of the Aadhar Card
- Bank account proof: First page of the bank passbook showing account holder name, account number, IFSC and branch details.
- Class 10 marksheet: Clear copy of the front side.
- Class 12 marksheet: Clear copy of the front side.
- College admission proof: Bonafide Certificate or Tuition Fee Receipt of course, college and academic-year details.
