MSCWB Recruitment 2020 – Municipal Service Commission, West Bengal invites online job application from the eligible Indain candidates for the post of Assistant Engineer (Civil & Electrical), Assistant Town Planner under Asansol Durgapur Development Authority. Candidates with the qualification of B.E/ B.Tech in respective disciplines within the age limit of 18 to 36 years are eligible to apply for this job. The selection process is based on the Examination, Personality Test / Interview.

1. Assistant Engineer-(Civil)

• Vacancies:- 02.                         
• Category wise Vacancy Position:- UR- 2
• Scale of Pay:- Pay level-16, as per ROPA 2019
• Minimum Educational Knowledge:-          1. A Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering from an institute recognised by All India Council of Technical Institute (AICTE).
• Age as on 01.01.2020 :- 18-36 years.

2. Assistant Engineer-(Electrical)

• Vacancies:- 01.                         
• Category wise Vacancy Position:- SC- 01
• Scale of Pay:- Pay level-16, as per ROPA 2019
• Minimum Educational Knowledge:-          1. A Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering from an institute recognised by All India Council of Technical Institute (AICTE).
• Age as on 01.01.2020 :- 18-36 years.

3. Assistant Town Planner.

• Vacancies:- 01.               

• Category wise Vacancy Position:- SC- 01

• Scale of Pay and Grade Pay:- Pay Level-16, as per ROPA 2019.

• Minimum Educational Knowledge:-          1. A Post Graduate degree in Town Planning or City Planning or Urban Planning or House Planning or Country Planning or Rural Planning or infrastructure Planning or Regional Planning or Transport Planning or Environmental Planning from a University or Institute recognised by AICTE with 01 year experience* in the field of Urban or Regional Planning in the central Government or State Government or Union Territories or Universities or Recognised Research Institutes or Public Sector Understandings or Semi-Government or Statutory or Autonomous Organisation.

 Or, Bachelor of Planning or Bachelor of Technology in Planning from a University or Institute recognised by AICTE with 04 years of experience* in the field of Urban or Regional Planning in the central Government or State Government or Union Territories or Universities or Recognised Research Institutes or Public Sector Understandings or Semi-Government or Statutory or Autonomous or Private Organisation.

*Experience must be gained within the closing date of examination.

●  Age as on 01.01.2020 :- 18-36years

NB:- Both Men and Women are eligible for above posts.

Age Relaxation:

Age Relaxation is applicable to the  SC/ST/OBC(A&B) candidates of West Bengal as per rules.

SC & ST- 5 years, OBC(A&B)- 3 years.
Others- As per Govt rules.
